Historic Lighting Preservation - Design Assist
Seminar participants will be able to develop a Scope of Work to use as an effective tool in setting goals, establishing a realistic project budget and identifying best vendors. Seminar participants will be able to create and follow a value-based vendor selection process and will be able to use Design Assist approach to set waypoint goals and project goals that will ensure quality, timeliness and adherence to budget.
